The PBN LE1G line extender is designed to provide a very cost-effective, superior performance solution for the end-of-line forward-path HFC application.

The LE1G is an economical method for minimizing in-field HFC distribution nodes and allows for longer distances between the customer and node. This is an excellent system solution when subscribers are spread across large distances. It is also suitable for small systems, for boosting the RF level.

The superior frequency response, of up to 1000 MHz, allows crystalclear reception of analog and digital cable television channels in NTSC, PAL, DVB-C, DVB-T, and HD (High Definition) television standards.

The LE1G is IP67 rated and suitable for outdoor and indoor applications. The unit is available with one RF output port or with two amplified RF output ports.

The LE1G employs advanced scalable technology to provide a costeffective and flexible solution for expanding network architectures.

  (2) Measured with 78 NTSC channels and -6 dBc 320 MHz digital channels from 550 MHz to 1000 MHz, 48  dBmV at 1003 MHz and 14 dB slope. Other test conditions’ results such as 42 CENELEC channels, 64 PAL-D channels are available on request.
